Use it in place of regular jam on crumpets, cheese on toast, tea cakes, scones, pancakes and ice cream. This Carolina Reaper chilli jam is the ideal fix for the 'sweet-toothed' chilli head in your life. Other suggested uses for this chilli jam include cheese crackers, extreme stirfry and victoria sponge.

The Carolina Reaper initially took the top spot for World's Hottest Chilli in 2013, awarded by Guinness World Records. However, the developer (Smokin' Ed' of Puckerbutt Pepper Company) applied to have the Carolina Reaper retested as the world's hottest because of recent attempts to beat the record. This resulted in a brand-new world record for the chilli, sitting at 1.6m SHU (Scoville Heat Units) and its peak heat rating of 2.2m SHU.

Ingredients: Sugar, Apple, Red Pepper, Carolina Reaper Chilli (5%), Lemon, Lemon Juice, Pectin Powder.  Prepared with 49g of fruit per 100g

Storage & Use:
Store in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use. Once opened, keep refrigerated. 24 Months shelf life unopened From Manufacture.
